Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RooFix AI's website and platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
RooFix AI provides an AI-powered platform for commercial roofing service teams to generate repair scopes, material and labor estimates, and professional proposals from roof inspection photos. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
4. Free Trial
Individual users receive a 7-day free trial upon registration. During the trial, you have access to specified features of the Service at no charge. At the end of the 7-day trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. Custom trial arrangements for teams and organizations are available by contacting Zack@roofix.ai. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time.
5. Subscription and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Your Data — Ownership and Use
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create within the Service, including roof photos, inspection records, scopes, estimates, and proposals (collectively, "Project Data"). You grant RooFix AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service. Your organization's identifying information — including customer names, contact details, property addresses, and company-specific pricing — is kept strictly private and is not shared with other users or customers. Where anonymized image or deficiency pattern data is used to improve RooFix AI's AI models or platform capabilities, all identifying information is removed prior to that use. 7. Data Privacy and Anonymization
RooFix AI may use anonymized, de-identified image and deficiency data to improve AI model accuracy and platform functionality. Before any such use, identifying information is stripped, including but not limited to customer names, property addresses, organization names, and pricing data. We do not use your organization's identifying Project Data to train or improve services for other customers, and we do not expose any identifying information about your organization or your customers to other users of the platform.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to process data you do not have rights to, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, circumvent security controls, or use automated tools to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage patterns.
9. AI-Generated Output
The Service uses AI to assist with scope generation, estimation, and proposal creation. AI-generated output is provided as a professional aid and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and are not liable for decisions made based solely on such output.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RooFix AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end at the conclusion of your current billing period. You may export your Project Data before termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
